At Opalith Cairo, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 6 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused In the same condition that you received it In the original packaging, with tags still attached Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” Undergarments, swimwear, or socks (for hygiene reasons) Customized or personalized items
Return Process

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
