Return & Refund Policy

At Opalith Cairo, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You have 6 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • In the original packaging, with tags still attached

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or socks (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


3. Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue at [opalithcairo@gmail.com].

  • We will work to resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
